1. Scope
- These terms govern use of the Founder1st website and client portal. They do not replace the engagement agreement between Founder1st and a client organisation; where the two differ, the engagement agreement governs.

2. Accounts
- Portal accounts are issued to named individuals and must not be shared.
- Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for notifying Founder1st of any suspected compromise.
- Access is provisioned and withdrawn by Founder1st and by the client organisation's administrator.
3. Acceptable use
- Users must not attempt to access information belonging to another organisation, circumvent access controls, or probe, scan or test the security of the platform without written authorisation.
- Users must not upload material they are not entitled to share.
4. Confidentiality
- Material published in the portal, including diagnostics, strategy documents and deliverables, is confidential to the client organisation and Founder1st.
5. Electronic signature
- Agreements executed in the portal are signed electronically. Founder1st records the signer, their stated authority, the document version, a content hash and the time of signature.
- The effect of an electronic signature depends on applicable law and the terms of the underlying agreement.
6. Availability
- Founder1st aims to keep the portal available but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance may occur.
7. Changes
- These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated to portal account holders.
