Scope and compensation discussed during selection

Compensation, without the spin

Clear expectations.
Written terms.

The two sales roles are commission-only, with no base salary or guaranteed earnings. Advisor and video editor compensation is discussed separately during selection. Every role’s scope and payment terms must be agreed in writing before work begins.

Outbound Setter

Commission-only. Qualification standards, the payable event and payout timing must be agreed before you start.

Sales Representative

Commission-only. Commission rate, revenue basis, payment timing and cancellation treatment must be agreed before you start.

Client Delivery Advisor & Video Editor

Scope, workload, compensation structure and payment timing will be discussed during selection and agreed in writing.

On-target earnings (OTE)

No verified OTE range is currently published. An earnings projection only means something when the commission terms, targets and sales cycle are clear. No income level is promised.

Build your trajectory

First, earn trust.
Then, expand your impact.

An indicative first-90-day progression, to be tailored to the role and agreed at onboarding—not a promise of promotion or earnings.
